The Satanic Temple Arizona made big time news earlier this year with their attempt to give an invocation at the Phoenix, AZ city council meeting. After initial approval, the council reversed their invitation by voting to abandon pre-meeting prayers for a moment of silence, only to double back and make a new rule re-instating prayer, but only to be lead by local fire and police chaplains.

This week on Naked Diner, Jack (sans co-host Andy) sits down with Stu De Haan and Michelle Shortt, the two (now co-chapter head) members of Arizona’s Satanic Temple chapter for a discussion about the aims of The Satanic Temple and it’s role in separation of church and state issues.
